Client Alert - A federal appeals court has reinstated the beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirement. Most LLCs and corporations must now file their BOI report with FinCEN, at this page. Fortunately, most companies will now have until January 13, 2025 to file their initial report, instead of the original December 31, 2024 deadline.

    Our main office is located at 810 Sycamore St., 4th Floor in Cincinnati, Ohio. From this location, we offer in-person consultations and meetings to discuss whatever our clients may need for their respective businesses. However, while in-person consultations are welcomed, we also recognize that they aren’t always feasible in a 21st-century world. For this reason, we can also offer virtual consultations for clients who either can’t make it to the office or are located too far away to make traveling to the site feasible.
