Client Alert - A federal appeals court has reinstated the beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirement. Most LLCs and corporations must now file their BOI report with FinCEN, at this page. Fortunately, most companies will now have until January 13, 2025 to file their initial report, instead of the original December 31, 2024 deadline.
