Business Formation Startup PackagesOur Startup Packages are designed for tech startups that intend on raising venture capital investment. These packages will provide you with the corporate entity structure that VC investors are looking for. In most cases, the company will be a corporation formed in Delaware.
The packages can include:
- Company structure and governance advice
- Preparing and filing certificate of incorporation
- Organizational board resolutions
- Shareholder agreements (recommended if multiple founders)
- Bylaws
- Intellectual property assignments
- Guidance on applying for EIN
Investment: $1000 to $2000
plus registered agent and filing fees (total investment depends on number of founders)

Business Formation Small Business Packages
Our Small Business Packages are designed for conventional businesses, including retail, consulting, manufacturing, and other businesses that don’t intend on raising venture capital. Generally, these companies will be formed as limited liability companies, although in some cases a corporation may be preferable.
The packages include:

- Preparing and filing articles of organization
- Preparing an operating agreement (single or multi-member)
- Guidance on applying for EIN
Investment: $500 to $2000
plus registered agent and filing fees (total investment depends on number of founders and provisions desired in operating agreement)

Website Owner Packages Terms of Use and Privacy Policies
Designed for any startup or other business that will own and operate a website. This package includes a consultation by phone or in person to discuss how your website operates, the potential liability associated with running a website, and how implementing terms of use and a privacy policy can protect your business.
We will draft terms of use customized for your business, and a privacy policy customized for the information you collect and how you use it. When appropriate, we will include a DMCA takedown policy, along with guidance on how to register with the Copyright Office for DMCA purposes.
